Delivery information:
 
- All orders are sent free via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. (maybe longer at busy periods)
We offer postage upgrades at the checkout should you wish for faster postage (1st class & Special Delivery)
 
- Most orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch BUT can take up to 10 working days.
 
- 1st class orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch BUT can take up to 7 working days.
 
- Once orders are dispatched we have no control over delivery. We rely upon Royal Mail to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Our postage are not guaranteed delivery day services and we can't guarantee when you'll receive your order.

- Unfortunately due to the item being personalised there's no returns or refund.
