Terms and conditions of the sale
Purchases
 
Making a purchase is straight forward. Browse our store and add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. When you have finished making your selections, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for additional information to complete your order.
 
Payment by both debit and credit cards is accepted. Debit card is preferred as it will keep our prices down.
 
Payment by Bank Transfer is accepted by request. We will inform you of our bank details. Goods will not be despatched until we are in receipt of cleared funds, which may result in a delay in delivery/despatch.
 
When an order is placed it is treated as an offer by you to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our discretion.
 
Despatch of goods will signify our acceptance of your order and will constitute a legally binding contract between us, the seller and you the purchaser under these terms and conditions.
 
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and further to adjust the price of any item, at our discretion.
 
 
 
Title
 
Title of the goods shall only pass to you the purchaser when paid for in full. The responsibility and risk in the goods shall pass to you the purchaser at the point of delivery and we shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter.

We try where ever possible to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, weights, heights and images of our products, however we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy and such information should be treated as a guide only.
 
 
 
Delivery
 
We aim to deliver next day on all orders received by 3pm the previous day, subject to stock availability. Whilst every effort is made to deliver next day, delivery will normally be 1 -5 working days, however we shall not be held liable for any consequential losses, damages or expenses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly due to late or non-delivery of the order or any part thereof.
 
Charges for delivery are included in the stated product price with the exception that additional charges apply for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish offshore islands and Eire.
 
Tax charges
 
All orders include VAT at the standard rate of 20% unless stated otherwise.
 
 
 
Card Security
 
We use 128 bit SSL encryption technology to ensure your credit card data cannot be accessed by other people. During credit card payment stage, our system passes control to the Worldpay (credit card) system, even our own staff will not be able to access your credit card data. Furthermore, we do not store your credit card data in our database.
 
We have enabled the 3DSecure and CVV2 credit card security where customers who have registered for 3DSecure will be prompted to input a password. So, even if you lose your card, people do not have the password to use it for online purchases.
 
Guarantee
 
All our products carry a 5 year manufacturing guarantee from us the manufacturer, if the product fails in some manner during this period you may return it to us and we will arrange the repair or replacement.
 
This guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.
 
All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
 
 
 
Policy on Privacy
 
We do not disclose purchaser’s information to third parties other than to carriers as necessary when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment. In this case the third party will not disclose any details to any other party.
 
Any cookies used on this site may be used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if an address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Policy on Returns
 
FAULTY GOODS
 
If your purchase develops a manufacturing fault, you must stop any use of the product and contact us immediately, we will generally collect and exchange or refund the item provided it is found to be in ‘as new’ condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and redelivery and the goods will need to be inspected beforehand.
 
UNWANTED GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
 
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
 
Provided your purchase remains unused, unopened and ‘as new’ we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase without question. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected prior to reimbursement. If you wish, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but PLEASE NOTE we reserve the right to charge a 40% restocking and insurance fee (or £25, whichever is greater). If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or the packing is damaged we reserve the right to refuse any refund on the item.
 
 
 
Goods Damaged in Transit and Shortages
 
You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier’s receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order that we may despatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us immediately and no later than 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carrier and trace the missing items.
