If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. Some goods will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer, some will need to be returned to us. Damaged items and shortages
Your bought items should be inspected for damage as soon as you get them. Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
 
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods we can arrange for return of the product and either replacement with like for like item or a full refund.
