I've had these boots about 5 weeks. Done about 150 miles of downland walking. The grass strips the finish off most boots in about 3 weeks but with a couple of applications of dubbin my feet have stayed dry through rain, snow, dew, freezing fog, mist... Boots seemed new on arrival which is great but a little punishing on your feet for the first 30 miles... prepare for blisters. After this the leather softens and all is good. Great boots. Ugly, but definitely recommend.
