The Barnardo's Online Shop offers collection in person for certain items. If you are collecting an item in person, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase and a signature to confirm you have collected the item.

The Barnardo’s Shop is unable to accept responsibility for delays to delivery of items due to customs where it has not been caused directly from a wrong customs declaration on our end. Opening Times
The Barnardo’s Customer Support Team are only available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Please not all queries and cases will be responded to during this time only.

Returns
If you are not happy with your item please contact us to discuss the refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase using return systems page, items returned after 30 days may not be refunded. Buyers will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is proven fault or inaccurately described.
