Delivery, Guarantee, Returns, Damaged or Defective Goods & Feedback:
 
DELIVERY: Whenever possible orders are usually dispatched on the same day (Mon to Fri), or otherwise within 1 working day. We endeavour to consolidate orders wherever possible. Heavier/Larger items, multiple orders are normally sent by UK based Courier. Lighter/Smaller items are normally sent by Royal Mail. The method of postage being used is stated in each listing, and we reserve the right to upgrade to a faster method where deemed appropriate. Orders placed with the 24 Hours courier option will be sent on a normal overnight service for delivery the next working day (not weekends or bank holidays). If, however, you are located in what is deemed a remote region or location (E.G. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, etc), the delivery service is likely to be a 2-3 days one. No Next-day service is available for these areas. Should you require any Special Delivery service please contact us prior to making a purchase as additional charges may be required. For overseas orders we use Airmail or Courier, whichever is deemed appropriate, and where possible, Tracked and insured services are used. Local collection in person is permissible by prior arrangement. Please call 01202 874087 to arrange. All P P charges, if shown separately in our listings, include Postage or Courier fees, packaging, handling, and ebay fees. VAT is not applicable as we are not VAT registered anymore.
 
GUARANTEE: A Standard 12 Months Guarantee applies to most of our taps and showers. It covers parts and components for manufacturing defects, faults and failures. It expressly excludes issues arising from Wear and Tear, Negligent Operation, Incorrect Installation, or Water Contamination (e.g. lime scale from hard water). Any and all consequential costs and or losses, howsoever caused, are also excluded. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
 
RETURNS (unused items): We operate a 30 days Returns policy where you are required to notify us within this timeframe and return the goods to us within a reasonable time thereafter. Provided the goods are returned to us at your cost and risk, and they are in an unused as new and re-sellable condition, we will refund the purchase price paid. Goods that have been used or where installation has been attempted, or are damaged in any way by you, are not returnable. With Thermostatic taps and showers, please be aware that they usually require reasonably high water pressures. Please do not install one if you aren t sure about your pressures. If you do, and the pressure is insufficient, then it is NOT returnable. It does not mean that the item is defective!
 
DAMAGED GOODS: Please inspect Goods upon delivery, or as soon as possible afterwards for any damage done in transit. Please contact us immediately to notify us of any issue so we can then remedy the matter promptly. Excessive time taken to notify us after a delivery may make a claim against the courier ineligible. In the event of any damage our policy is firstly to replace any parts or components. If this is not appropriate, and should the whole item need to be replaced, we will then do so. Any costs of returning a damaged item or component will be payable by us.
 
DEFECTIVE GOODS: In the event of any defect or breakage that is covered by the guarantee we will dispatch replacement parts or components where possible. If this is not possible then we will replace the whole unit. If that is not feasible, then we will refund you accordingly. We reserve the right to have the unit returned to us for inspection and testing prior to this.
 
FEEDBACK: Positive Feedback is automatically left for our customers upon receipt of it. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control or are unforeseen, and should you not be entirely happy with anything please contact prior to leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback so that we may have the opportunity of rectifying or remedying it.
