If an item is wrongly described or sent please contact me by eBay msg in the first instance. I shall work with the buyer to come to an amicable solution. If this is not be possible I'll advise the return details and cover the costs as long as this is agreed in advance.
 
Change of mind returns are accepted under the Consumer Contract Regulations. In such cases you must keep the item/s safe, in the same condition as received and with all relevant packaging. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Please inform me via eBay msg and/or by opening an eBay return case within 14 days of receiving your order. You have a further 14 days to return your order. As a business seller eBay requires I use their Managed Returns. In the return workflow please select "Change of Mind". eBay will provide a returns label & advise you of the cost. All return costs are born by the buyer. Please ensure any return is well packed. On receipt refunds have to be processed within 14 days but I usually do so within 3 working days. Should there be any problem with returned goods I shall notify you accordingly.
 
Please be aware if you do not have good current feedback, confirmed Paypal address or your payment is in any way suspect I reserve the right to not conclude any transaction.
 
Any pricing errors will generally NOT be honoured but this will be at my discretion. If an error is spotted prior to dispatch you will be contacted with the correct price & given the opportunity to either conclude the transaction at the correct price or back out. If a pricing error is spotted after dispatch then the contract has been concluded.
