We aim to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the items we sell, in terms of accurate listings and quality, fast, free shipping.

1. We aim to ship within 1 working day of receiving your order / payment. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. We usually pick and pack orders in the morning and post via Royal Mail by the end of the working day.

2. We ship free to UK addresses via Royal Mail. Orders up to £20 will be shipped Royal Mail Second Class. Orders between £20 and £50 are shipped Signed For, Second Class. On request, we will ship First Class, including signed for and tracked, with a small surcharge for the additional cost, i.e. the difference between the normal shipping method and the delivery method requested.

3. We are responsible via our carrier for the item arriving safely with you. We use proper reinforced packaging – vinyl cardboard shippers for albums and 12” singles, and reinforced envelopes for singles. All items are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection, and cardboard inners either on request or where we deem it appropriate, e.g. for picture discs with no sleeves. Our aim is for you to receive the item as we would wish to receive it ourselves.

4. We ship Internationally via ebay’s Global Shipping Programme. This is applied across all our items by default, and we recognise that for lower priced items this can be prohibitive. If there is an item you would like to buy to be shipped overseas, and require a quote for a cheaper delivery option, please contact us, and we will provide alternatives if we can.

5. We accept returns for defective or incorrect items up to 30 days after despatch. We will refund the returns costs as well, please see our returns policy.

6. Many of our items are listed as fixed price with Buy It Now offers. We are happy to share the benefits of combined shipping with you, if there are 2 or more items you would like to buy, Please message us and we will put together a combined deal offer. We van usually ship 3-4 items together under the 2kg weight band for using Royal Mail.

7. Our auction listings tend to be, what are in our opinion, the more rare and collectable items, which we list with an opening price and postage in addition.
