2. Condition of Items for Returns: The Buyer must return the item(s) in re sellable condition, unused or unopened with their original packaging. Most of our Items comes with Product Sealed Sticker. Customerchoice9 reserves the right to refuse or to reduce a refund on any item that is incomplete, damaged, dirtied or not received in reasonable condition.
 
3. Returns Process: It is the Buyer´s responsibility to ensure that returning goods to the return address provided, if Buyer fail to send return item at provided return address Customerchoice9 will not be held responsible for any delays to refunds or postage issues.
 
4. Other Returned: Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above, may be accepted at the sole discretion of customerchoice9 and may be refunded as a credit to be spent online. Any unauthorised returns will be refused. Faulty Goods All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt; please contact us through eBay communications. Non-Faulty Goods We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a sale able condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable. We will not refund the postage under any circumstances. We will retain 10% of the final value of the goods in the event of a refund there is no negotiation this point.
 
5. Cost of returns: Customers will incur the cost of returns unless (i). The product received is incorrect, or (ii). deemed damaged or faulty – photographic evidence will be required. If returns are received with insufficient postage, Customerchoice9 will deduct £5 from the refund of the items returned to cover the shipment cost and the administration charges.
 
6. Non-returnable and Non Refundable: Customerchoice9 reserves the right to refuse or refund on items, which are with non-return and non-refund statement in listing. E.g. - Earrings, Studs, other jewellery items will not be returnable due to hygiene purpose.
 
7. Postage for Returns: We would advise the Buyer to return unwanted items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a proof of postage from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of postage of the returned items.
 
Any returns which have not been refunded will indicate that Customerchoice9 have not received the stock For all Freepost or normal deliveries, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are sufficiently insured for claim purposes.
 
8. Lost Returns: Should the Buyer´s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Buyer´s responsibility to claim compensation from the courier directly. Customerchoice9 are not liable for any lost return parcels.
 
Where Seller sends as item - In case of lost item which was sent by royal mail refund will be processed unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered (10 working days for Special Delivery™ items). For UK Only
 
For International Returns refund will be processed after at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed since the item was posted.
 
9. Insurance on Returns: Please note that it is the Buyer´s responsibility to choose the most appropriate method for returns with the appropriate insurance if needed. Customerchoice9 cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays e.g. strikes, riots, war or act of God.
