This replacement stylus is just OK, weird color sucks. It's better than nothing, and the cart is just so good that it will make a generic needle like this one sound fairly good. That said, the sound stage is narrower and eq is unbalanced. Inferior to the original shibata stylus, options for this cart are slim. One company does produce shibata styli for this cartridge which I've ordered. Hopefully it will track closer to the original. Still, for the money, this is a viable option.
