It is up to the Buyer to pay for return P&P by Recorded means where an item is purchased in error.
 
If we send out an incorrect item or an item not as described in the Listing, we are obliged to resolve the issue at our cost.

Where we ship by Courier, this will generally be by UPS.
Please ensure that you have sent us your correct postal address for deliver, and a contact phone number. We cannot book delivery without this information.
A Courier shipment will always be made Monday to Friday during normal working hours. (7.30 am - 5pm). A signature will be required (not necessarily yours). The onus is on you, the purchaser to PAT or safety test any electrical/electronic items that may be connected to a main electricity supply every 12 months.
We only perform a basic check of earth continuity and insulation resistance. However, if an item is described as for spares or repair then it has not had this basic test and should be
treated as potentially dangerous if connected to the mains supply.
 
Our electronic/electrical equipment is sold on the understanding that you, the purchaser, are a competent person and posses the knowledge to use said equipment without danger to yourself or others.
