All items sold are surplus stock and listed in good faith. Any faulty items MUST be returned in the condition received within 10 days. In the case of damaged goods we MUST be notified immediately.

If you change your mind after a purchase, you have 7 days in which to notify us of your decision. It is your responsibility and at your coat to return the goods to us. The goods remain your property and responsibility until we have received them in the condition sent out.

We will NOT refund ANY electrical items once fitted. All items supplied by us are security marked to ensure no swapping takes place. All goods are also inspected prior to being listed. Any items which have previously been fitted are either scrapped, or identified as 'fitted' and sold with no return policy in place.

All goods returned MUST be in a saleable condition, along with the packaging, and returned complete along with any ancillary parts it may have been supplied with.

Any goods returned that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded and remain your property. In these instances you will then be liable for onward shipping to return your item.
