This beautiful belt buckle is believed to be by Max Neiger dating to the 1930's or thereabouts . The buckle is suberbly crafted showing intricately fine detail. It is of a gold coloured metal floral and filigree design with a beautiful large green jade Peking glass cabochon to the centre along with the same green jade Peking glass oval flash shaped set stones to the outer . The hook and tongue clasp and belt loops are good and strong with no previous repairs or damage. No makers mark as is usual for Neiger jewellery This stunning buckle would also look absolutely amazing worn with an attached matching Jade coloured ribbon and worn as a choker, necklace or headwear as well as having many other uses with imagination A stunning piece of Art in it's o”
