Terms and conditions of the sale
For customers based in the UK, unwanted items may be returned to us if we are informed within 30 days of receipt, unless it is one of products listed below. Customers then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us in perfect, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
We will refund the buyer for the item and the original delivery charge to the value of our cheapest postage option. The customer is responsible for returning the item and for the cost of the return postage. We also recommend getting “Proof of Postage” from the Post Office.
 
If the item is faulty please email customers@milloutlets.co.uk or call us on 01788 890966 to obtain a Returns Number. We will reimburse the original costs and reasonable return postage costs up to a maximum of our delivery cost.
