Quantities

Many small beads/findings/craft items have approximate numbers per pack. A small reasonable allowance must be made for margin of error, imperfections and breakages.

Whilst we use appropriate packaging, a box is not economical for sending the majority of orders. Padded bags and Tissue are most often used. This does not provide bulletproof protection in the postage system and fragile beads may incur minor casualties. We do not send out replacements for generally accepted losses.
