1. DELIVERY CHARGES
 
WBD offer FREE DELIVERY to most UK mainland addresses.
 
If you wish to order and live within the UK and do not live on the mainland i.e. highlands, islands, armed forces etc. please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding. Telephone 01324 306818
 
2. UK MAINLAND ORDERS
All deliveries over 100kg are kerbside deliveries, the delivery driver will drop off to the nearest access point of the property.
WBD also offer a handball service if required however this is chargeable, please contact us for quotation. T. 01324 306818

4. DELIVERY TIMES
Whilst we endeavor to deliver any order within the times stated above, the purchaser acknowledges that any delivery dates or times stated should be regarded as an estimate only.
We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time but you can expect delivery within the time stated above and between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.

5. ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY
Please note that couriers require that someone be present to sign for all packages. If nobody is available for the package, the courier will leave a card notifying of the failed delivery attempt.
The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or a safe place.
If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers` expense.
When placing an order please ensure have provided a contact number for delivery.
A re-charge may be applied if there is any access restrictions at the delivery address, please let us know in advance so we can arrange adequate delivery vehicle.
Deliveries over 100kg will be delivered on an 18t truck similar to a bin lorry size vehicle.
 
6. MISSING / LOST ITEM(S)
In the extreme event of our couriers losing item(s) this needs to be reported to us 3 days after we dispatch. We will then speak with our courier to determine location of parcel / package, this process can take up to 10 days to discover / rectify, we will then resend a replacement / refund if it is deemed missing.
We need to determine if the package is lost in transit as we have as we do not want to duplicate orders unnecessarily. Lost items can also occur if shipping label is removed from package.
 
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted as long as you inform us within 14 days from receipt of your goods, either in writing, email or by telephone and the products must be returned within 14 days. Your returned products must be in the original packaging and unused and not damaged.
On receipt of your returned goods we will issue a refund or replacement. The return postage and packaging costs are payable by the customer.
WBD will not refund for any items returned or rejected after this 14-day window
No refunds on personalised bespoke items.
 
8. DAMAGED GOODS
Please ensure you unpack and check your item(s) thoroughly before signing for the parcel(s), in the unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged, the buyer is responsible to rejecting the items and refusing to sign for the parcel(s). The buyer is also responsible for reporting the reject to WBD within 2 days. WBD cannot accept responsibility or issue a refund if damaged item(s) have been signed for – This is due to the fact that WBD cannot claim from the couriers if the goods are signed for.
If you request your parcel to be delivered without being signed for, WBD cannot accept responsibility or issue a refund for any loss or damaged item(s).
