Acceptance of Order Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation. The standard or bespoke products you order will be made specifically to your order, in accordance with the instructions and specifications you have given us. It is your responsibility to check all details and aspects of your order are correct - particularly when we send you your order acknowledgement; and that the goods are suitable for your requirements, including measurements, dimensions, Product features, fitments etc., Liability Because our products are made specifically to your order it is not possible to return it if not suitable. If the product you have received is damaged or we have made mistakes with your order we will of course repair or replace it as soon as possible. Please check your product carefully and report any problems immediately on delivery as we will not be held liable for visible defects identified after receiving a signed acceptance of delivery. We cannot be held liable for conditions of use or storage within the customers’ house after delivery which may affect the product in any way. Cancellation Standard and bespoke items are made to your order specifications and therefore ‘personalised’ as recognised by the Distance Selling Regulations. If you need to amend or cancel your order for standard or bespoke products, you have the right to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend your order in any way more than 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order. Standard and Bespoke products cannot be returned after you have received them unless they are confirmed damaged in transit and therefore not signed for - or defective in any way in which case they will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Colour Please note that due to the limitations of the photographic processes, goods may not appear the same colour as shown on the website. Every attempt is made to carefully select the materials used, however, in order to supply bespoke items to you at the best possible prices it is sometimes necessary to make changes to design or materials used Designs We Reserve the right to make changes to any design as we see fit with the intention to improve the functionality or appearance. Payment Because every item is bespoke we ask that at the placement of your order you pay 100% of the total price of the goods inc p&p. This is totally refundable up to 48 hours as mentioned in ‘cancellation’ above. If your order is placed & required before the stipulated '10 working days for manufacture' plus postal days, when ordered and is particularly personalised, for example an item incorporating personal names/dates or a particular idiosyncratic design that has no resale value we reserve the right to charge for any work undertaken within the 48 hour cancellation period. Every effort is made to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication. If an error has been made, we or you may cancel the order subject to the terms indicated under “Cancellation”. We sell everything you could possibly need for your forthcoming wedding celebrations, from 'save the date' cards to Cake boxes and thank you cards, wedding florals to personalised wedding party gifts etc., We currently only list a very small range of our wedding goods on Ebay but are happy to add a personal listing for you for any other items you may require. We can make and supply all your wedding floral requirements which will not only help in making sure your colours match but will also help in watching the pennies. We are happy to provide you with a free quotation for packages and can also offer installment payments on request. All sales are via ebay for your protection and quality assurity. We are sure that you can not find better quality anywhere else for less - however - if you do we will refund the difference to you.
