ReviewsNew York Post - A roaring old-school action adventure for kids, with as many mythical beasts as a year at Hogwarts and a healthy dose of smiting without the crazed bloodlust of "300.", The Guardian - Louis Letterrier's romp is at its best during its breakneck second half [...], Time - This is a full-throttle action-adventure, played unapologetically straight., Chicago Sun-Times - I enjoyed myself, particularly after they released the Kraken., Time Out London - [...] thereÆs no faulting director Louis LeterrierÆs visual ambition: this is a film of mighty vistas, beautifully designed beasts and intense, well-structured combat sequences [...], Entertainment Weekly - As Zeus, Liam Neeson twinkles where Laurence Olivier kvetched, and Ralph Fiennes, as Zeus' dark brother Hades [...] has a slinky nastiness.
Consumer AdviceContains moderate fantasy violence
Additional InformationThe 1981 mythological fantasy adventure CLASH OF THE TITANS gets a star-studded remake from THE INCREDIBLE HULK director Louis Leterrier. The joint Legendary Films/Warner Bros. production focuses on Perseus (Sam Worthington), the mortal hero made to carry out a series of quests by the gods in order to win the hand of the imprisoned princess Andromeda (Alexa Davalos). Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Mads Mikkelsen, and Gemma Arterton co-star.

CLASH OF THE TITANS doesn't stray too far from the classic 1981 Ray Harryhausen original. The mortal son of the god Zeus, convincingly played by Sam Worthington, embarks on a perilous journey to stop the underworld and its minions from spreading their evil to Earth as well as the heavens. What ensues is a non-stop roller coaster of action and adventure as our hero must battle the rampaging scorpion, the sacred half-human, half-snake Medusa and finally the most feared monster of all, the Kraken... to name a few. Perseus is assisted only by a small fighting force led by Mads Mikkelsen and his guardian angel, the gorgeous Gemma Arterton, AS THEY face the threat of death together and count on one another's wits and grit to stay alive.
