Hearken back to a bygone era with this Crosley turntable. Designed to look like a suitcase, it's completely portable for those who like to take their music with them. Also called the CR49-TA, it comes with everything needed to listen to all your favorite records. Unlike those older turntables you see, this one comes with modern conveniences in spades. The suitcase design of this turntable opens up to reveal a music player inside. It uses a belt-driven design that allows for better sound quality and extends the life of the portable Crosley player. You can use it with both shorter and longer albums. The Traveler is compatible with 78, 45, and 33 1/3 records. You can essentially play any albums in your collection on one of these Crosley turntables. Inspired by the models released by Crosley in the 1950s, this turntable is lightweight enough for taking with you on the go. Everything you need fits inside the case, which looks like a vintage suitcase. The case features a soft tan shade and black accents along the corners. It also has chrome buttons and snaps as well as a matching handle with black accents. Those snaps let you close the case and keep your Crosley turntable safe while on the go. Once snapped shut, the case will remain tightly closed.Simple buttons on the top of the Crosley turntable make it easy to use. The power button has a light on top that glows bright red when you turn the turntable on. Crosley added adjustable tone control to the Traveler as well. You can flip this feature on and adjust the amount of tone based on the record you choose to play. The diamond-style needle is adjustable too. You can lift and move the needle to work with different sound recordings. Thanks to the built-in speakers, this player functions like a total home theater system. The speakers sit inside the case and beneath the turntable. Crosley added cutouts to the sides of the player to ensure that you get the sound quality that you’re looking for. Volume controls help you adjust the sound to the level you want. The stylus, which acts as the arm of the player, automatically stops at the end of a recording. This keeps the record from starting over and prevents damage to the vinyl. Crosley also designed a lightweight arm that prevents skipping. This Crosley turntable features a convenient size as well. When fully closed, the Traveler measures just 17 inches wide by 7 inches high by 11 inches deep. When open, it measures slightly higher. Crosley, one of the top electronics brands, created this turntable for those who love listening to the radio. Though it does not work with other electronics, it does offer the audio and sound reproduction that you expect. It functions just like a classic stereo, but this turntable is easier to carry.
