Coming of age movies celebrate youth at its most outrageous and carefree. The eclectic mix of students range from stoners to cheerleaders who celebrate with a wild range of activities that takes them through the day and the evening. This includes the hazing of freshmen to a keg party celebration. Written and directed by Richard Linklater, the film stars actors Ben Affleck, Milla Jovovich, Parker Posey, and Matthew McConaughey. With a running time of roughly 103 minutes, it also includes special features, such as production notes, retro public service announcements, and nine deleted scenes that have never been seen before.
