NotesAs the title implies, DOS is the second highly seasoned helping by Los Fabulocos, the sizzling, white-hot Southern California Cali-Mex quartet featuring the trailblazing guitar work of Kid Ramos. On their sophomore effort, the band shows considerable growth with an expanded repertoire of original material that combines an intoxicating synthesis of vintage rock 'n' roll with intensely energized Latin rhythms. The quartet is additionally augmented by special guests Manuel Gonzalez (vocals, rubboard, timbales) and Raul Medrano (percussion) of the Blazers, and saxophonist Ron Dziubla.
