'The film stars Christian Bale as Moses, Joel Edgerton as Ramses II, John Turturro as Seti I, Aaron Paul as Joshua, and Sigourney Weaver as Ramses II's mother Tuya. The story begins in 1300 BC when Egyptian Pharaoh Seti I learns of a prophecy that declares either Moses or his brother Ramses II will rise to be a leader. When Seti I dies, Ramses exiles Moses. This sets him on a path to become the liberator of the Hebrew people of Egypt in an event known as the Exodus. The 2015 DVD release of the movie comes in English, French, and Spanish audio, with English, French, and Spanish subtitles. Additional content includes extended and deleted scenes, and audio commentary by Ridley Scott.
