Product Information
Series 14 of the animated antics of the Griffin family kicks off with paterfamilias Peter believing a restaurant place mat to be a treasure map, and soon the residents of Quahog are turning the town upside down, and worse, turning against each other. The gang also takes it on the road when they vacation in Italy, where Peter accidentally destroys their passports and lands them in trouble with immigration authorities. After Italy, Stewie's time machine transports him and Brian to 17th-century Jamestown, where they proceed to alter the course of mankind. A midseason episode that pays homage to the Brothers Grimm features reinterpretations of the fairy tales Jack and the Beanstalk, Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella. It also features guest voice work by Nancy and Ann Wilson of the rock group Heart. Former neighbor Cleveland Brown comes back to town, but hanging out with Peter is out of the question after their wives have a disagreement over parenting issues. In the series 14 finale, Stewie stews over having his TV time interrupted, so he heads back in time to see that Lois and Peter never meet, thus he would never be conceived. However, when he finally is born, it is into a Downton Abbey-esque household in Great Britain.Product Identifiers
