Hailed by New York City residents as heroes, the Ghostbusters are hoping to turn their thriving business into a franchise, much to the chagrin of ex-EPA agent Walter Peck. Unlike the console versions, which feature 3D action from a third-person perspective, the DS game is played from an overhead vantage point. Players must manage the Ghostbusters franchise by responding to emergency calls and assigning crews to capture ghosts. The (hopefully) steady cash flow can then be used to purchase new equipment, pay bills, and to transform the company into a profitable venture.
