Tension rises between Frank and Raymond Tusk (Gerald McRaney) as the situation with China deteriorates amidst an energy crises. Robin Wright, Kate Mara, and Corey Stoll also star. Robin Wright won a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an actress in a television series drama 2014.
