The FE was one of Nikon's earliest battery-powered cameras and comes with an automatic light meter and electronic shutter. Otherwise, the unit is completely mechanical. This Nikon FE is compatible with Nikon lenses that date all the way back to the 1950s. It has an aperture coupling pin that flips down. This is useful for a large variety of AI and non-AI lenses.
