Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 28–300mm f/3.5–5.6G ED VR Standard Zoom Lens: This lens lets you photograph a scene from multiple perspectives, whether you aim to capture the expanse of a bridge or the flight of a bird. The minimum focusing distance of 18 inches, lets you zero in close on your subjects. Its lightweight build and versatility make it an excellent lens for travel photography. It is compatible with a variety of Nikon DSLR cameras. Works with any Nikon DX or FX-format DSLR camera with an F-bayonet mount. It has 28–300mm focal length. This versatile zoom lens has a broad range of capabilities, from wide angle to super telephoto. Excellent for capturing wildlife, outdoors sports, landscapes and interiors f/3.5–5.6 aperture. Performs well in daylight and well-lit interiors, but is less useful for nighttime photography and dimly-lit scenes. It maintains a 5.6 aperture at the telephoto end, 3.5-Stop optical image stabilization. Permits utilizing slower shutter speeds (up to 3.5 stops slower) without Image blur. SWM (Silent Wave Motor) ensures smooth, precise focusing. It utilizes ultrasound vibrations to focus the lens, resulting in smooth, silent and precise autofocusing. ED (Extra-low Dispersion) lens element for superior image quality. Effectively corrects chromatic aberration for optimum lens performance. Aspherical lens corrects aberration. Precision-ground lens focuses the light rays into a single point to correct aberration and produce high-quality images 1.6' minimum focusing distance. It accommodates 77mm filters.
