Players take the role of the title character, who has the amazing ability to shrink himself down to "near-microscopic" size and enter the bodies of his patients to perform delicate internal surgery with out the need for crude scalpels or chemical treatments. <br><br>In this adventure, Rex Ronan enters the body of Jake Westboro, a salesman for the fictitious Blackburn Tobacco Company. A smoker since the age of 15, Jake's life is now in danger due to tobacco-related illnesses and the Experimental Surgeon is his only hope. Rex shrinks down for a trip inside Jake's diseased body, curing various maladies in an assortment of scrolling platform and shooter levels.
