Save the lovable Smurfs from nightmares personified in this side-scrolling platform game spanning six levels. You control Hefty Smurf in a rescue effort that involves venturing into six mushroom houses located within the colorful Smurfs' Village. The evil Gargamel has used magic to keep the Smurfs in a perpetual state of sleep, so you must collect helpful items, solve puzzles, and bounce on various enemies in each house to break the slumber spell. Mini-games are also available in between levels, allowing you a chance to increase your score through activities such as riding a hopping rabbit. Two difficulty levels are included, and progress can be resumed via passwords offered at specific intervals throughout the game.
