Agent Robert Diggs (Christian Slater) left his career in the FBI to escape the memories of his wife's death for which he blames himself. However, a rogue vigilante starts to kill off members of America's most wanted list and Diggs is talked into taking the mission to stop the killer by the U.S. Ambassador (Donald Sutherland). Soon after the taking the case, Diggs meets a belly dancer and as their relationship heats up, he finds that his case is turing cold. However, soon Diggs start to wonder if he is actually sleeping with the enemy.
