With a sizeable debt owed to the Mexican mob, street-grifter Luke (C. Thomas Howell) joins forces with his tech-whiz buddy Josh (Michael Welch) in setting up a reality-show webcast called 'hotgirlsinahouse.com' to raise cash. But with time ticking and his debt still not paid, Luke accepts an offer from a local loan shark (Tom Sizemore) to buy credit card information from the web hits. As the site's online-following grows, the webcast gets more provocative and the competition between the girls gets increasingly threatening.
