Additional informationAt 75 tracks and three CDs, Not Now's The Imperial Singles Collection is _ the size of EMI's classic box set They Call Me the Fat Man, but since that's out of print, this is a good substitute. True, the sequencing is a bit haphazard and the notes leave something to be desired, but as sheer music, this is terrific -- song after song is either a hit, or a song that feels like it was a hit. Fats Domino was one of the most consistently enjoyable singles acts of his generation, and his 45s still satisfy, no matter how they're heard.
