As aired by Britain's ITV in the late 1990s, the crime series TOUCHING EVIL follows the adventures of Detective Inspector Dave Creegan (Robson Green), a new inspector in the Organized and Serial Crime Unit who gains an unusually intimate understanding of the criminal mind after suffering a gunshot wound to the head. He subsequently joins a crack team of investigators who set about taking down the most vile criminals in Great Britain, from psychopathic murderers to pedophiles, often bucking traditional methods and relying solely on his own instincts.
