Their lives are shaken up when a newborn baby that turns out to be the son of the recently murdered Duke of Lance is literally thrust into their laps. Verence's murderer, Duke Felmont, is a man ill-suited to rule the country, and the sisters are goaded into finding a way to oust the nefarious Duke while devising a plan to put Verence's son in line for the throne. A delightful fantasy series that is sure to appeal to viewers of all ages, WYRD SISTERS' clever writing and sharp humour are best appreciated by adults.
