About the Contributor(s): Rutie Adler is Lecturer and Coordinator of the Hebrew Language Program at the University of California at Berkeley. She has a MA in Linguistics from UC Berkeley, and an MA in TESOL from San Francisco State University. She has taught biblical, post-biblical, and modern Israeli Hebrew including Israeli literature and poetry at all proficiency levels.
