Sending information to Customer ServiceSometimes the Customer Service team may ask you for more information to resolve a problem on your account. For example, if you made a payment for your seller fees but it isn't shown on your account, we might ask you to send us a copy of your bank or card statement. The fastest and easiest way to send us your documents is to scan all of the documents and email them to us electronically. If we've asked you to send us documents, we should have sent you a link to another Help page where you can upload the documents.
