How it works
The eBay FAST & FREE logo appears on listings when all the following conditions are met for your default postage options:
Generally listings with free standard or express postage and a same-day or 1-day dispatch time will qualify for eBay FAST & FREE. If you offer a 2-day dispatch time, the FAST & FREE logo will only be displayed if you select express postage as a delivery service.

As always, you should only dispatch the item after the buyer's payment has cleared. The buyer will be informed when they buy the item that the stated delivery date is dependent on cleared payment and other factors.
