    Extremely poor communication from the seller. I found myself constantly chasing for an update, which I never received and then I did here from the seller, the replies were blunt and rude. I asked a refund, before the item was dispatched and this was declined. The seller even tried to charge me £30 towards 'staffing costs' so far... and then 'dispatched' the item following day, with no tracking information. I never received this item and I believe it was never ever sent in the first place.
