  I was disappointed in how this was wrapped. The keyboard was wrapped in bubble wrap. This was problematic because the keyboard ribbon was wrapped mixed in with the bubble wrap. The bubble wrap was taped excessively, so when I started cutting it, I noticed I had also cut the ribbon. Mind you the taped down bubble wrap was in side a plastic sleeve. Had they wrapped this in the reverse, I wouldn't have cut the ribbon -rendering the keyboard useless.

  Keyboard is OK, same as on photo. Condition - new. I installed it on Katana B12VFK. But original keyboard had different connector. So LED-backlight works on replacement keyboard, but colors don't match with MSI utility. You turn on green, and keyboard goes with red or orange. You can use only 3 or 4 colours, and no zones at all. I think this happened only because of different connector, so better check yours, before ordering.
