    this ITEM was listed as PARTS/ REPAIR --- it was clearly listed in the NON WORKING / PARTS only section of ebay --- we even CONFIRMED with the buyer before shipping that they understood these were sold for parts or repair -- there were several that did power up that were shown in the pictures BUT we still sold the entire lot as parts only -- BAD BUYER
