  This unused Cory Vacuum Brewer came in the original packaging packed inside a slightly larger box. The coffee pot is thin glass and fragile and one of the parts arrived cracked. The seller was very responsive and helped find a solution that worked for us both. I highly recommend this seller because they made what could have been a problem into a good experience.
