    Nicely packaged, quick delivery, just as described, good value for the price. Only downside was it wasn’t sent with the password but they did respond to my message with the passcode within a few hours so it was fine. I would definitely purchase with them again.

    Before the purchase I had asked the seller to double box the tuner for shipping, seller agreed to do so. However the seller did not double box the unit like agreed upon. When the item arrived the glass was broken and there was a new substantial dent in the cabinet. I explained to them I would keep the unit but it would cost $200 to replace the broken glass plus labor. They offered $20 to make it right. Communication with the seller has been poor and slow. I cannot recommend seller.
