I was using labels that did not ship in a plastic sealed bag and the printer started acting up. I tried numerous times to reset the printer, cleaned all parts, made sure the label roll was uniform and tight - problem was not solved. Purchased these labels - installed the roll and on the first try - the printer worked as it should. The printer is over 5 years old and I am delighed with the condition and and value of the labels. A great value!
