Offered refund to return-he watched movie and offered $14 w/ $4.13 ship included. Settled on $5 refund which he agreed to! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Advertised "As New" but came badly scratched; "good" at best. I notified seller thinking I'd return. But I decided to help him out saying I'd view it and if it played thru, I'd keep it for $14 (this would help him by him not spending more money on return shipping and then having to reduce the price because the DVD was badly damaged), he agreed. It played through, I re-contacted, but he reneged on the deal and offered just a 5-dollar refund. Reluctant, I accepted to avoid contact and more hassle.
