Hi, we are Blue Owl Bohemia, a privately funded nonprofit English-language lending library, language study and culture center that opened at the end of 2015 in the foothills of North Bohemia. Our mission is to help children in the Czech Republic to learn or improve their command of the English language in a fun and stress-free environment. In order to help fund our free English tutoring services, homework help line and the purchase of library books, we are offering for sale top-quality vintage and designer clothing and other items sourced here in Bohemia. The order was cancelled and promptly refunded. When I tried to ship the item, I was informed by the post office in my country, the Czech Republic, that the buyer's country, Israel, was not accepting international shipments at that time.
