A couple of days after the order was marked as despatched I was informed that they had in fact sold out of items (quantity of two of the same item). I was offered an alternative equivalent or a refund. I chose the refund, which was processed very quickly. I placed the order in the early hours of Sunday morning and it was marked as despatched about 11 o'clock the same morning. It was not until Tuesday morning, some 48 hours later, that I received the message informing me that it was out of stock.
