    I feel this purchase was shipped in a timely manner. This little Hot Wheels car was only packaged in a small, bubbled manilla envelope, however. I feel that the packaging could have been better in order to ensure that the little wheels wouldn't be damaged in transit. That being said, I feel this purchase was as described and was in good condition when it arrived.
