  The shipping was unbelievably slow. For a lens of this quality, if the front or rear lens cover is missing (or even the hood), it has to be explicitly called out. I was completely bummed out to see the rear element just sticking out when I unpacked the bubble wrap. The lens was properly packed in bubble wrap and I was happy about that. I just think if the lack of lens cap was called out, I would have still paid the same price and not feel disappointed.

  Thank you for your feedback. We just want to clarify that we worked together for about four days before you purchased, providing extra photos on eBay and a discount. Everything included with the lens was clearly stated in the listing; the hood and front cap were included as mentioned. The only missing cap was the rear cap, which was neither pictured nor mentioned. Your order shipped the same day and arrived within five business days, a standard East to West Coast timeframe.
