  I purchased headlights advertised as brand new. One fogged within just a few days, showing a clear defect. Despite following all recommended steps, the issue persists. I’ve spent extra time and money on a problem that shouldn’t have ever existed, and for certain not twice in less than month. I’m requesting a full replacement or refund and hope this is resolved with professionalism and urgency.
