However, the tracking information suggested it had not been dispatched, and a further email referred to a delay. Please let me explain lit bit, I used EVRI then customers said their service is awful then I changed with RoyalMail, their service was also not appreciated by most of the customers, then even some customers suggested me to go with Yodel and I did so, but some are still facing similar experience and their services are still not up to the mark.
